These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and RAI88 (hereinafter referred to as "RAI88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rai88.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on rai88.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any applicable rules, policies, or supplementary terms published on the Platform from time to time, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms apply to all players accessing RAI88 from Malaysia or from any other jurisdiction in which the Player has chosen to access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of RAI88 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting website operated at rai88.cam, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the registration process at RAI88.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or any other wagering opportunity available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's account by RAI88.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using a qualifying payment method and reflected in the Player's account balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager the applicable bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by RAI88 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary programme through which a Player may restrict or suspend access to their account for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an account with RAI88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. RAI88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any account holder found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and any deposited funds returned following identity verification.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of RAI88, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
4. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling generally through any formal self-exclusion mechanism.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
6. You must not hold more than one active account on the Platform at any given time. Attempts to circumvent this rule through the use of family members' details, false identities, or otherwise will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

RAI88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time to verify your eligibility, identity, age, and the ownership of any payment method used in connection with your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by RAI88 may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Upon successfully completing the registration process, RAI88 will create a single account in your name. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.

You agree to notify RAI88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. RAI88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• RAI88 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• RAI88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on RAI88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of locally trusted Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. RAI88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which RAI88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. RAI88 may require identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first-time withdrawals.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control.
3. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
5. RAI88 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for verified e-wallet accounts and under 60 minutes for all other verified Malaysian payment methods. These are operational targets and not guaranteed contractual commitments.
6. RAI88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single transaction or RM20,000 in a calendar month.

RAI88 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 250 unless the individual promotion terms specify a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this cap during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Table games, live casino games, and sportsbook bets may contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be wagered through within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the total amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms where applicable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be active per player at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one, unless the Platform explicitly permits concurrent bonus activation.
• Bonus Abuse: RAI88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

All games and betting markets available on RAI88 are subject to the specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.

RAI88 sources all casino games from independent, reputable software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are audited by recognised testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. RAI88 does not accept cancellations after a bet has been placed and accepted.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure during a game round, RAI88 reserves the right to declare the round void and return the relevant stakes to all affected Players.
• For sports betting markets, RAI88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle markets in accordance with its sportsbook rules, including in cases of event postponement, abandonment, or the discovery of irregular betting patterns.
• The sportsbook covers Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UFC, and other major sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RAI88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the affected account:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
2. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
3. Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the legally required minimum age of 21.
4. Participating in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated strategy intended to defraud the Platform or other Players.
5. Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human play.
6. Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
7. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) legislation.
8. Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following gaming activity.
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing RAI88 staff or other Platform users.

RAI88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools that are accessible through the account settings at all times.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders or hard time-out limits on their account activity.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily suspend their account for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the end of the chosen period will not be honoured.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of the current session and net win/loss position.

RAI88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Players. The Platform does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software where minors have access to shared devices.

All content on the RAI88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game content, is the property of RAI88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software;
• Use any RAI88 branding, trademarks, or service marks without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAI88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

RAI88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, RAI88's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

RAI88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

RAI88 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting the Platform's support team.

RAI88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the RAI88 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral forums as determined by the applicable legal framework, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

RAI88 operates as an online entertainment platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. RAI88 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
